Jack & Charlotte Evans and the rest of the members of the Milford Kiwanis Club are honored to receive the City of Milford Award at the 2020 Salute to Leaders Awards sponsored by the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce. The Salute to Leaders Awards honors volunteer citizens, groups and leaders for their contributions to the Clermont County community.
The Milford Kiwanis Club has been serving the children and communities of Milford/Miami Twp. for over 90 years. Ron Ellison has been a member for 49 years, Jack Evans for 44 years and Charlotte Evans for 31 years. Charlotte was also the first female President in Milford Kiwanis Club history.

The Milford Kiwanis Club is joining the City of Milford, the Milford Masonic Lodge and American Legion Post 450 to raise money for the Milford Police Dept. and the Milford Community Fire Dept. for their children's outreach programs. This annual event brings many local chili experts to show off their skills. Admission includes chili, salad, dessert and drink (alcoholic beverages will be available for additional purchase). So bring your appetite, and maybe an extra bottle of water, and join us for this great cause. Hope to see you there!

Each year, the Kiwanis Club of Milford awards scholarships to graduating Milford High School seniors. At the Senior Awards Night this year, Milford Kiwanis Board member Michael Alford presented five scholarships to deserving Seniors to continue their journey in education. The recipients, as pictured, are Kylie Colson, Ella Lindsey, Jacob Hams, Collin Chitwood and Noah Gonzalez.
